Another amazing product from #vivera that I was kindly sent - a few packets plus a little bag and a wooden spoon… feeling very very grateful 🥹🥹 I absolutely loved these - tender, meaty… tasty! What I did: Sticky rice Peppers / spring onions / grated carrot & courgette Sticky teriyaki sauce… Amazing

Huge thank you to #abillion and Vivera for hooking me up with all this loot! Three plant beef strips, a cooler, cloth bag, and a spatula with loads of ice blocks. We tried the beef strips in our usual stir fry and they were nice. It’s almost too realistic, but I suppose that’s a good thing for new people transitioning. Vivera were kind enough to gift us some of their new plant beef strips to try through the #abillion team. These #vivera beef strips are really lovely. I made a teriyaki sauce & served with peppers, onions and edamame. Loved the taste and the texture of the beef strips and looking forward to all the other dishes I can make with them!
