Plant based mince

While it does give kibble vibes, it works really well as a mince replacement in nachos and tacos.

Chose to cook it with the Woolies Mexican Style Fajita Filling and the result was a really tasty mince which I put in a vegan wrap with salad and hummus. Delicious. Woolworths quality is top class. They just need to improve on their packaging, making it more sustainable ❤️
