Plant Based Feta

This was tasty out in s pasta salad with olives and veggies was delicious 🌱💛🌱

Forgive me abt the unnatural lighting, there was a hurricane-level storm outside when I took the photos🌀⚡️🌪 Now it’s clear again☀️, but I’ve cleared my plate too😅 First time saw this brand. The ingredient list looked pretty decent, #noadditives, #nopreservatives, and no inflammation-prone oil. It’s less well known (maybe just to me), so I still had some reservation when I got it. But it turns out to be a great vegan feta👍🏼 It crumbles well and is very creamy, also much less salty than the dairy kind I had before🧂⬇️ It does lack some of the tangy flavor🍋⬇️ But in the tomato salad that already has a good amount of acidity from vinegar, I don’t miss it. #ditchdairy #vegancheese #feta

Sometimes I really miss salty cheese like Parmesan and feta. This feta has a good texture and saltiness to it! I cant figure out how to really crumble it but its good cut into cubes. Added it to a breakfast scramble. This is definitely better than violife feta.

Definitely a good alternative to feta, but it does not taste like feta. It’s like a zesty, creamy cheese alternative but definitely not like feta.
