Pizza Dough

This is one of fav holiday apps to make - a spinach dip breadstick Xmas tree. This is the 1st time I didn’t use the dough that comes in a can, so it had a different viscosity to it. But it rolled out well and was able to manipulate easily enough. The 🎄 might not look as pretty, but it turned out delicious 😋. 1st time I veganized the recipe too and it was unctuous and just damn tasty. For the filling I used TJ’s vegan cream cheese, Violalife parm and mozzarella, frozen spinach, fresh & powdered garlic, Italian seasoning, s&p and a dash of chili powder. This dough is a convenient and affordable solution for spur-of-the-moment #pizza. Naturally, it lacks the yeasty, fermented flavor of homemade, but it’s very easy to work with and gets wonderfully crisp. Each refrigerated bag is good for one large pie or approximately three personal — not a bad deal for under $2! I would certainly get it again. This time, I used it to make a delicious (albeit messy-looking) red pizza with plenty of vegetables on top.

Homemade dough is best but if you want to save time then this is a great option! This pizza dough was actually awesome! Fluffy and delicious. We used Miyoko's vegan liquid mozzarella to make a margherita pizza and it was phenomenal! #veganpizza #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #veganin2022

Usually I prefer to make my own dough, but this is great if you are short on time! It is a good quality crust and very tasty. TJ also has an herbs pizza dough!
