So we burned the first half of this because we are dumb, but the second half that we used to make baklava and spinach and mushroom cups came out lovely and crunchy. My only complaint is that the sheets of pastry were very stuck together and when we were trying to peel them apart, most of the sheets ended up getting torn. However, it fortunately didn't really matter much for what we were making.

Freezable, easy to work with and flakes very nicely. First time using this product but would buy it again.

Today we enjoyed the most crispy, flaky, beautiful little phyllo pastry parcels (filled with a mushroom/onion mixture) with our Christmas lunch 🎄 Super easy to do (so my hubby tells me: I take zero credit for our epic meal... pics attached 🤩) yet it added such “wow” factor to our Christmas meal and made it feel like something special ✨✨✨ Definitely recommend keeping a box of this pastry in your freezer, for when the mood for pretty food strikes. #greyton #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary #veganin2020 🌱
