Pesto Harvest Bowl

I’m not sure if I’ve already reviewed this pesto harvest bowl from the tattooed chef, but I’ll give it a whirl if it gets taken down for duplicate, so be it I was able to find these at a deep discount store that we have here in town and I had to just grab several because the price was pretty amazing They’re great for a lunch at work they are full of flavor. The pesto flavor is pretty intense so you do have to like pesto, pretty colorful, pretty tasty. #VeganLunches #Vegan #Lunches

I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Yum.

It is very #healthy. The taste was not bad, tasted #lemony. It is made of #quinoa (how do you pronounce it? I’ve always pronounced it like kwinoa, but I’ve heard people say it’s pronounced keen-wah 🤷🏻‍♀️) for the base with loads of #veggies. It smelled amazing and is a very healthy #quickandeasy meal for days when you are in a hurry and don’t have time to cook anything.
