PC Brownie Mix

I’m not a fan of baking (although I love to cook) so finding this box brownie in a PC plant based option was awesome!!!! We didn’t have a square baking dish so we just made brownie muffins instead 🥰 So good!!

I forgot to take a picture of the brownies oops. I think I cooked it wrong (how, I know) but they still turned out good! Moist and chewy, I enjoy my brownies that way, but again I may have cooked them wrong. They have a "regular" brownie flavour to them too. Delicious.

This was actually quite a bit better than I was expected. It is a bit expensive for what it is though.

Looks tastes and smells like delicious gooey brownies! I would recommend it for an easy fast treat!!
