So here's the thing with Pb2 powder. Do I like it as a replacement for peanut or almond butter? No. I do not personally enjoy this spread on toast or even a spoonful. However, I really like this for baking. I really like this for #peanutbutter 🥜 frosting, or to give a #chocolate bakes good an extra kick. Sometimes, adding actual peanutbutter to a light frosting makes it super difficult to spread or pipe through a pastry bag.
