I purchased these frozen #rustica #potatowedges during our last vacation, and they were quite tasty. They have a peppery flavor with a low spice level. I prepared the wedges in a skillet with a little bit of oil and the coating turned crispy while keeping the potato tender inside. Nutritionally they are 86% potato, low in saturated fat and salt, though have some additives. These were good on their own, no dip needed! Available at Mercadona. En la freidora a aire,estas patatas cobran sabor,textura y aspecto perfectos en 15-20 minutos.No es la más sana y ecológica de las opciones,pero ahorra encender el horno para una persona (freidora a airedulzura de la vida de soltero)o llenar la casa de peste freiendo en sartén. Haciendo balance entre pro y contra, plenamente aprobadas.
Están ricas, y viene muy bien tenerlas para cuando no te apetece pelar, y cortar patatas. Yo las hago en la freidora de aire, y quedan geniales.
Se pueden cocinar al horno si no te apetece freír y no necesitan sal para mi, tienen ya bastante especias
