Great mix for pancakes. I made some pancakes with apple and cinnamon and some regular ones. I really liked how they turned out. My family also enjoyed them. The packaging says that you have to add two eggs, but I didn’t add eggs or a replacement. I don’t think it’s necessary. #vegan #pancakes #veganpancakes #applecinnamon

This was very easy to veganize. I used oatmilk and flaxegg to replace the milk and egg. I don't think that the flaxegg changed anything, so next time I'll try to make it without. But I was highly impressed with how this turned out. It tasted exactly like how I remember it and the texture was the same as well. #veganuary
