Chocolate chip cookies

Purchased these from the Fourways Rustic & Gourmet market, they were on the sweet side

but enjoyable

My fav of the them all. Lots of coconut and chocolate in here.

The choc chips are a bit bitter - dark choc - but these go

well with the sweetness of the cookie. Unfortunately the texture is too soft for my liking, I prefer a firmer cookie.
