Organic Tomatillo and Roasted Yellow Chili Salsa

My favorite salsa in the whole world. Fairly smooth texture, not very spicy, just perfect.

This one is my favorite salsa from TJs. It’s delicious with corn chips or on a burrito! I love that it’s organic too.

Used this on the omelet today. Can’t believe I haven’t poster it, since I use it in cooking aaall the time. It’s very mild but full of juicy fruity flavors. Not much chunks there, more spreadable than dippable, hence me delegating it for cooking mostly, as an alternative to tomato sauce/paste to “spice” things up now and then🍅 Despite not being a good dipping sauce, it’s still a semi-staple for me, mainly because it’s #organic. Since tomatoes in the US are high in pesticides, I’m pretty wary of the non-organic kind. #abillionlove #sauce
