This Trader Joe's sprouted tofu has a really nice taste and texture. The thing I love about it though is that it comes in two separate containers so you don't have to cook the entire block of tofu all at once. # tofu #traderjoes

Perfect portioned two pack #sprouted #tofu blocks from #traderjoes. Great for #veganbuddhabowls, #sandwiches etc… I cubed and #airfryed 1 block at 370 for 15 min flipping them 1/2 way through. Perfectly crispy on the out side and soft in the middle! I left these plain today, but do marinate often to give flavor since tofu doesn’t really have much flavor. I love this tofu! It has a lovely taste and texture and is super affordable at $1.99 a package. Made from sprouted organic soybeans which gives it a bit of an edge health wise. #cheapandgood
