Something about this “pasta” is very tasty! The first time I tried it, I thought.. nah.. but i gave it a few more tries & now it’s my favorite. Cooking it is a little tricky, you have to catch it at the right time or else one ends up with mush. I sautéed some summer squash, spinach & tomatoes to add to it .. served it naked (no sauce) & it was very flavorful.

cannot wait to make a dish out of these they look so yummy and I've been so addicted to using vegetable and protein pasta rather than semolina
