Pumpkin seeds provide protein, fiber, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Plus they taste good and can be added to almost anything. So, what’s not to like?!
If you're expecting crunchy, salty pumpkin seeds, this is NOT it. Because this is legitimately raw and organic pumpkin seeds - therefore not roasted, nor salted. 😆 We can toast or salt it as we wish. It's quite fresh too 😆 #jaan
