Organic Great value Ground Flax Seed

This ground flax meal is great in oatmeal. I was happy that Walmart has flax meal that’s organic.

This is my go-to flax seed since it’s always such a great price at Walmart. It’s high quality and goes well in smoothies, on top of cereal, and it makes great flax “eggs” for baking. It lasts a long time if you store it in the fridge! #flaxseed #walmart
