Organic Firm Tofu

I very much like the texture of this organic extra firm tofu.

I’ve never been able to get this tofu in my town but I just discovered it 90 min away at Whole Foods. On @chiefwhitepaw ‘s recommendation, i got this for the purposes of grating it for my nacho crumbles. It’s more expensive than my usual kind, but the texture really is nice. I’m glad I discovered it!

Tofu is kind of tofu. What I liked about this product is that it was firm and did not need to have much water pressed out of it. Put in a curry and it absorbed the flavors well.

Really awesome tofu with almost no liquid and really firm. It was really good and took on the flavor of what I cooked well

it’s really easy and quick to press! the moisture is gone in a a few mins or less. was very yummy in a panini 🥪
