Tried this brand for the first time for extra firm tofu. It has 8g protein per serving. Hard to judge the taste of tofu by itself but I made a tofu curry, which turned out well.

Good taste and texture. Wish more stores near me carried it. It freezes well though, so when I do find it I usually buy extra for the freezer.

First time I’ve seen Woodstock’s tofu. Worked perfect in this “poke” bowl.
