It’s delicious especially if you add fresh strawberries. 12 g of sugar, 3 g of protein, not much fiber, only 2.5 g saturated fat.

This was sooo sweet - nice as a little dessert or treat but I felt like it was too much for breakfast! The strawberry flavour is quite artificial like strawberry milk. It’s also pretty runny.
