Quite oily like the other types of korean seaweed snacks which I don't mind when they use good oils like perilla oil, olive oil and sesame oil. But it was more sweet than salty when both salt n sugar are of the same amount. Nicer to go with rice.

Rice topped with this seaweed snack, and a bowl of miso soup make a simple and nutritionous meal.
Too oily and salty to be eaten on it's own but it's 11/10 as a topping in fried rice!!
