Nut Cheese Cheddar Style Slices

Tastes good and melts in your mouth, no rubbery texture unlike a lot of vegan cheese.

This has kind of an unsettling powdery film that made me question if it was safe to eat, but it did end up tasting good! It really falls apart easily though, even just trying to remove it from the package.

I really like the concept of this — it’s made with cashews and is aged for that strong cheese flavour. This is great on a sandwich but doesn’t melt very well. I tried making a grilled cheese with this and it’s not stringy, it just turns into a liquid.
