No Turkey Roast Crown

We had this for Christmas last year and loved it so much, we defo had to have it again! It actually took me ages to find and I was worrying a little but it was worth the wait 😍🙌🏼 managed to get another one for the freezer after Christmas, reduced to £2! Considering this is normally £6/6.50 - very good.

Blooming lovely. Wish this was available all year round. So good esp on a sandwich the next day with leftovers.

This was very similar to seitan. It’s really nice and covered lovely seasoning and garlic butter!

Didn’t like the texture , the outer crust was very tough . It tasted of garlic and that was it . Like an old boot lol . Wouldn’t buy it again.

Not the best no turkey crown i've tried so far, was ok in taste and texture feel like the recipe could do with a tweek for next year.
