No Egg Salad

I won’t buy again. Had to add all of my own seasoning. Basically just mushed tofu scramble

Very good, next time I might mix in some celery & onions for more texture.

This CedarLane No Egg Salad has a decent flavor, but it’s missing the taste of mayo. As a sandwich, I like it much better with vegan mayo added. Without the addition of mayo I think it would be good on a salad or in a grain bowl. As far as the texture goes, the tofu is quite smooth.
