No Egg & Watercress

A vegan take on a classic supermarket staple sandwich. the combination of tofu and smashed cannellini beans with watercress is simply brilliant.

There are quite a few no egg and cress sandwiches available but this is the one that is most satisfying Good for lunch on the go, The bread was nice and fresh and the tofu egg substitute was spot on. All take away sandwiches are a bit of a rip off but needs must sometimes and I’m happy to pay £3 + for this but not every day !! Obviously

This was so good! Using beans as well as tofu to recreate the egg was really clever and quite a convincing alternative. A little overpriced being M&S, but would definitely get again

This was a very tasty sandwich! I was never a fan of actual egg and cress (because eggs always creeped me out!), but this is great.
