Sweet molasses

Growing up vegan i had this on my oats every morning. Its incredible. Not

quite a substitute for honey but can be used as one. Delicious

Good as a cheaper alternative to maple syrup when baking. Can also add a small

amount to savoury dishes (curry, stirfry, bolognese) to balance flavour.

I have been using this as a sugar alternative (even though it is still has

a high sugar content) and I have been enjoying it thus far. #veganisnotscary
