Mushroom crisps

Wow these were a wild ride! 😆 I didn’t really know what to expect but never did I imagine these little guys to taste like biscuits 🍪 Very cute little crunchy mushrooms with a hint of sweetness 🍄 They contain only mushrooms, vegetable oil, salt and maltose. The texture and taste are good but if blindfolded I doubt I’d ever guess they were mushrooms 😄 which honestly is great, because I’m not the biggest mushroom fan.
