Mozzarella Style Slices

I use this cheese for chile rellenos this evening. It melted perfectly. It added just the right amount of cheesy flavor to dinner. daiya has come a long way! #ditchdairy

I used this cheese for cold sandwiches and I also put it on bread then in oven, in both situations it was quite good and me and my non vegan friends enjoyed it. I think it tastes a bit like coconut but I m getting used to it or mixed with other veggies / hitten up, it is really a good cheese alternative.

Great taste, no weird aftertaste like daiya sometimes will have. Yummy cold and hot. Tastes similar to Daiya mozzarella sticks but better, the sticks had a bit of an aftertaste.

Me encantó el sabor. Me hice unas quesadillas deliciosas.
