This mozzarella cheese tastes like melted cheese. It has a mildly tangy, aged cheese taste and melts really well when mixed with sauces, etc. On top of a pizza it doesn't melt, it keeps its shape and gets softer. I highly recommend it for use in sauces, quesadillas, lasagna, cooked into a recipe rather than sprinkled on top.

These shreds are definitely better than the dreaded Daiya - but there is still a plastic-y ‘vegan cheese’ aftertaste, and it doesn’t melt well. Very little taste so really it just makes a pizza ‘feel’ complete while being barely recognisable as cheese towards any of my actual senses 😂
