Mondarella

I would not eat it on its own because it tastes a bit weird, but you can use it to cook - it melts completely but it gives food a nice velvety touch.

Ho trovato la fake mozzarella in Germania. Il gusto era abbastanza neutro quindi non è buonissima da mangiare da sola.

I used this cheese cubed up in a salad, it tasted fine, nothing extraordinary. It dies look a lot like the real deal which is cool and innovative. Wish I used it on a pizza or tried to melt it to taste it then, maybe next time.

A bit on the bland side, the texture is a bit slimy and the package contains too much plastic.

The taste is different from mozzarella and reminded me of another Italian soft cheese, but it was amazing! It also melts well on pizza. High in fats, but very tasty.
