This is a pretty decent gluten free bread option. I wish the slices weren’t as small but it doesn’t bother me so much.

Difficult to find both vegan and gluten free bread in my area (and anywhere really!) and I’ve had some terrible ones. This one is fluffy like “normal” bread and I’m grateful for LNB!
