For dinner tonight, I made a stir fry with Impossible meat, frozen stirfry veggies, organic millet & rice ramen noodles, and sugar free teriyaki sauce. Topped with sesame seeds, sliced almonds, and a little extra teriyaki sauce. I really, really, really love these noodles!! I highly recommend them 100%!
Well for all of the ramen noodle lovers out there…this is what you need! Mannnn…I love this rice ramen miso soup! I have made this several times in various ways and it’s always delicious, savory and never disappoints. #blacktexanvegan
I wanted to love these so much but even after extensive boiling, the noodles were not ready to submit to the dish or my chewing. I respected their autonomy and abandoned the dish. So the flavor was fine and took well to seasoning but the overall continuing crunchiness of the noodles and their supreme Al dente finish mean that these are unlikely to be repeat ingredients in my vegan ramen efforts moving forward.
Really good noodles. Only 2 ingredients, organic rice flour & millet flour. Easy and quick lunch made with #BetterThanBouillon broth.
