Mexican Style Shreds

I use about a half ounce of this product of Greece in my morning omelettes to avoid ingesting too much saturated fat at once. #formaggioFriday

Violife has to be my favorite cheese that I’ve tried so far. The Mexican shreds taste great and was very easy to melt on my taco shells and in a beyond meat and bean enchilada! Only complaint is bag could have held more for the price and sadly not super available like the cheddar and mozzarella kind I’ve found.

It melts well, but it could be a bit more salty. Still a bit too sweet like other vegan cheeses.
