Mexican burgers

I picked up this Soligrano Mexican style veg burger pack from Farmer Jacks for $1.94 down from $6.45…a bargain! You just mix the packet ingredients with hot water and let it sit for 15 minutes before shaping into patty’s and shallowing frying until crispy. I really liked the crispy texture and that it firmed up when finished cooking. The taste was nice but I think it would be even tastier in a burger with salad and sauces. I just ate it with some quinoa and veggies for dinner.

I got three of this pre mixed burguers as a present. I tried to cook them in different ways. I failed. I think is something about its composition that makes them brake and crumb and make them really unpleasant to eat. Other than that they are tasty and it appears to be healthy.
