Matcha latte

I've never been a big fan of #matcha, I've always avoided it, but when I saw this I just had to try it! I was not disappointed! It has a wonderful creamy flavor and it's paired with a stronger matcha green tea flavor, but it's not overpowering at all. It's a perfect refreshing drink for a hot day! I’m going to have to agree with a lot of the other reviewers on this: this latte was underwhelming. The matcha didn’t taste fresh and the flavor was barely there. Tasted like oat milk to me and it had kind of a grainy texture to it.

I love the Minor Figures branding/illustrations, their cans always catch my eye! Although I hadn’t bought any in a while because I went through a phase of drinking LOADS of the latte and mocha cans in lockdown and then started finding chalky lumps in them and it put me right off 🤢 No lumps here, but the taste wasn’t super impressive. It was pleasant and slightly sweet, but the matcha flavour wasn’t very strong at all, so didn’t feel worth the astronomical price in WHSmiths #matcha #matchalatte #oatmilk
