Margherita Woodfired Sourdough Pizza

This is the first time I am disappointed with a M&S Plant Kitchen product. I cooked it as per instructions and came out really soft so I put it back in the oven with heat only at the bottom for another 6 minutes and 200C and still, soft. For £5 that I paid for it, I’m not buying this ever again!

As shop-bought vegan pizzas go, this was actually pretty good! I liked the sourdough crust and the toppings (although I think the mozzarella was added more for presentation’s sake, since it added little to the taste or texture). It was a good-sized #pizza too, and cooked really quickly. Now they just need to make a larger variety of #veganpizza options than just plain old #margherita. #marksandspencer #plantkitchen #readymeal

Really tasty. No need for the fake mozzarella really as its tasty with pesto

Absolutely fabulous, generously topped with veggies and the sourdough crust was delicious. It was supped to be for two people and I ate the whole thing in one go, all by myself 😁😋💚 #veganisnotscary
