Mapo Tofu Tacos

We had Mapo Tofu Tacos at The Bad Seed Food Truck in Grand Marais, MN. This dish was the only vegan item on the menu and was a fun find. It was tangy/spicy with tofu, mushrooms and a really unique slaw. It was super filling too!
