Delicious! My favorite go-to snack. The texture and taste could fool a meat eater.
Sorry Louisville, but I still have yet to be convinced that soy curls are the right way to make vegan jerky. This stuff is really just a chore to eat, the flavor and texture are both so dry and have no redeeming qualities. Do not recommend.
