I like how this is less sodium. I recommend in Asian cooking.
I don’t consume much salt (never add it to anything and will ask for less whenever possible), so naturally this product is better for me than traditional soy sauce. It’s funny after switching and tasting “normal” soy sauce. Like sugar, I find full salted foods to be gross.
