Avena con ceci, fagioli tondini e azuki, pronti da condire a piacimento. Nel mio caso, in insalata! Ho aggiunto praticamente un po' di roba avanzata in frigo: pomodori, sedano, carote, porro, mais, rucola. Tutto condito con sale e olio, e infilato in un barattolo da portare al lavoro! No flavourings just water and salt. I have been using them in everything from pasta, noodles, dumplings, etc. Very nutritious and easy addition to any meal. Amo molto questo prodotto. Lo condisco con limone, olio e pepe e ci aggiungo dei pomodori freschi ed è un gustoso e salutare pranzo veloce. Equilibrato apporto di carboidrati, proteine e fibre.
