Another hit in my books from Kite Hill. This tortellini cooks up with just the

right balance of soft and firm. The ricotta taste is rich. I used in a tomato based soup and it was a wonderful addition. Worth it! #govegan #goveganfortheanimals #kitehill

Last week I inhaled these so quickly I completely forgot to post it. I put

them in tomato soup and it was so good! Tonight I just threw some tomato basil sauce and added violife mozz and of course topped with mooch. Heaven on earth and the perfect late night snack. This product is a little pricey. Wegmans sold it for $7.99 and it’s only about 2 servings. #veganisnotscary

This is a great, easy vegan dish. Everything i have had from kite hill is

amazing! I had this with some pasta sauce and mushrooms. It was perfect! Their ricotta tastes like the real thing! So good!

So good. Quick to make and tasty with a regular tomato sauce. The flavor

was neutral enough that I'd love to try it with something less saucy and spinach based.

I tried Kite Hill’s tortellini, and it was okay. The vegan ricotta on the inside

had a funky texture while the flavor was too bland. The pasta baked well though, and it would be a lot better with a flavorful pasta sauce. (6/10)
