Eccezionale versione vegan del formaggio di capra. Lo abbiamo mangiato nel modo classico su pane

tostato, messo al forno per qualche minuto e con insalata. Molto buono.

A goat cheese that looks impressively like the real thing - and even the texture

is perfect. What I miss is the very strong taste / smell of the goat cheese, on the other hand it's mild enough to appeal to a lot of people.
