Amazing, maybe the best vegan cheese I’ve had? Taste and texture both on point, and I can’t normally say that about vegan cheeses. It’s got a nice spice that isn’t too much for me
One of the best vegan cheeses I’ve had in the US. I think the jalapeños help mask the flavor a bit, and make it seem more authentic. The consistency is also very cheese-like. Bought at Whole foods.
Another wonderful plant-based cheese offering from Daiya. It has a bit of heat (as it should, considering there’s jalapeños in it), but it’s not overwhelming. My non-vegan family enjoyed it. I’d buy this again.
I love this #vegancheese so damn much 😭 You don’t always get 1:1 replacements for #cheese when you #ditchdairy 🧀, think pecorino 🐑, but you’re bound to stumble on things even better because #veganisnotscary 🧟 This cheese with its sour-spicy profile was perfect for a bell pepper based #pasta sauce 🫑 Oh and the mince? I got it by peeling off the skin off a couple #beyondmeat sausages, as you would any other sausage 😉 #govegan
