Iodized Salt

We don’t ever bother to put this in a shaker or back in the cupboard.. we use it for almost everything. Has been a staple ever since I can remember. #recyclable I just remove the metal .. metal goes in the metal bin and cardboard in the cardboard bin. #veganisnotscary #veganhacks

IODIZED!! salt. We religiously take B12 – essential as vegans – but have been neglecting iodine, using Himalayan pink salt. Our vegan doctor friend suggested that we use good old iodized salt for thyroid function. The moral of this story is.... more potatoes! Just kidding. :-)
