So I was shopping for groceries yesterday at the supermarket, and this yellow packet on the top shelf, caught my eye- instant hummus! I think it's a great idea if you plan on carrying this during travel- good shelf life + compact- you only need a bowl and spoon to mix the contents- It comes in 3 packs : 1. The ground chickpeas 2. Tahini 3. Garnish- (powdered spices) I'd recommend you to pour in a teaspoon of olive oil and squeeze some lemon and chilli powder after you mix the contents ( for that extra tangy flavour) I ate it with some toasted wheat bread and dosas ( rice batter cooked on a pan ) I liked the product a lot, but nothing beats home made hummus 😉
