Udon is an easy to cook noodles. I always have it handy if I want a quick easy meal. Just add miso paste and you get a quick noodle soup. I made this udon with some left over Buah Keluak gravy by adding water to make a creamy broth. Add fresh vegetables and some soy meat and mushroom mock-anchovies and it is a meal.
