Imana Super Soya Mince

Great Soya mince, they say chilly flavored but mild for me.

Nice to have in the cupboard when you're not in the mood to cook a massive meal or when it's been a long day. We like to add pizza cut chilli slices, onions and peppers in to add a little 'umph' to the meal.

Have only good things to say about this soya mince. Really good flavour and reasonably priced. Has the flavour of a typical spaghetti bolognese, and the chewy texture of meat mince. I had it in a chilli con carne (or non-carne lol) but would also work for any mock-meat pasta dish.

I fried some garlic,onions,peppers and mushrooms.Then I added the Imana Soya mince with a big tablespoon of tomatoe paste,black pepper,sweet basil and chutney.Served ons some mashed potatoes.Yummy.Will buy it again.
