Hummus

A bit too salty, but it’s okay for the price (there was an offer when I bought it; payed it a bit more than 1 euro).

Buon hummus pronto con pochi e semplici ingredienti ad un buon prezzo. L’unica ragione per cui non metto 5 stelle è l’eccessiva e immotivata quantità d’olio utilizzata per condire la salsa (chiaramente a mio gusto e parere); cosa purtroppo comune negli hummus pronti. L’ho utilizzato per condire un’insalata mista senza aggiungere olio e sale; in questo modo ho tenuto sotto controllo grassi e proteine nel modo migliore per me.
