This sauce is mushroom-y, packed with umami and saltiness. It has a sweet tone to

it as well. I use this in everything, using it instead of broth/bouillon. In noodle dishes, when I make fake meatballs, soups and so on. Everything that need with a punch of mushroom gets a dash of this thick luscious sauce.

Although it says vegetarian, it's actually vegan. It goes great in broths and stir-fries.

It smells beautifully fragrant. The taste is good but I can’t really differentiate it from

normal soy sauces. Tastes great with stir frys!
