Hazelnut Chocolate Truffles

These truffles are OUTRAGEOUSLY delicious. They are also quite expensive. These are a wonderful special treat for choc hazelnut lovers. The texture is dreamy and I like the little bits of crunch. The inside is sweet but the bitter cocoa coating helps even it out.
