Hash Browns

Pretty good hashies, these are on regular rotation as part of our weekend breakfasts. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Similar to Macca’s hash browns, just not as greasy. Cook up quickly in the air fryer. #veganisnotscary

Can't say they are the best hashies I've ever tasted but not bad for the price. They fall apart a bit and seem to require nuclear level heat applied to make them crispy. Then again I think that hashies coming in anything other than triangular shape is a crime, so I do think that this is affecting my ability to be objective.
